Frame up rebuild and m/t swap. Reliable stock power!
Build story
During the pandemic I acquired an old Tundra that had it's frame replaced under recall. The PO did not oil it after and I don't blame him - it was an 18year old tru k at that point with rust everywhere else.
I had a 2002 with a decent body but rotten frame. The idea was to frame swap and make 1 out of 2.
That didn't happen. When I took the bed off and cleaned up the rear frame I decided it would be easier if the cab was off too. Two words: scope creep. Next thing I know is bags of parts and a frame on skids.

Most of the journey is documented there.
