Mods

Everything. 55' F500 using the stock frame, 22" Alcoas, 7.3l Ford diesel. Dana 80 rear. Making suspension components by hand. Having a blast.

Build story

This is a 55 F500 that I got from my local salvage yard. It was sitting there for 20 or so years and was a farm truck on a local potato farm. My vision is a low short bed dually truck. I've never done such an involved project. I am making all suspension parts/brackets from scratch. Deboss and many other YouTube channels have helped me figure it all out.

Goal is to pull a float in my home town 4 of July parade in 2025.
