1993 k2500 cummins 24v allison 5 speed swap

swapping a 2001 24v cummins 5.9L diesel into a 1993 Chevy K2500 long bed truck with Allison 5 speed trans. The engine is out of a 2001 international box truck. I plan to use a p7100 injection pump and a standalone transmission harness and TCM for the Allison transmission. So far the engine and transmission are mounted, exhaust is installed mostly, intercooler pipes are mocked up. Next steps involve pulling the front end off and replacing the timing case for the p7100, fixing the KDP, and getting the pump in place.
The engine is a 54 block and inspection of the valve-train shows good maintenance was done on the donor truck.
