Bluesmobile

Not a police package , but came with a towing package. Shares many hd parts. hd 727 torqueflite , 9.25 rear axle. Needs 3.23 gears and a suregrip , not the highway ones it has. 440 was built to 1970 police specs (sure doesnt feel like it) , edelbrock carb and intake , flamethrower hei distributor , h pipe duel exhaust. Police rubber floor , speedo , gauges. Redone interior.

Found the car in the Triad paper in 2002 from Blue vale Ont. Car was almost sold for the engine. Got it in time. Originally from kincardine ont and sold to the second guy that drove it seasonally to Arizona. He died in 81 and the car stayed out there. When his wife died in 2002 they went and cleared his estate and brought it back to Ont. Rust free but toast interior. By 03 I turned it into a bluesmobile, upgrading it along the way. Never knowing about our beloved Penziol took out the flat tappet cam additives out I worn it out(cam lifters, rod knock) around 2013.
Be nice if you could figure out why its low on power. My mind is losing turning ability. Carb settings , distributor advance .. vacuum or mechanical, timing or just a shabby rebuild.
