This car initially started out as an 01 Tornado Red Jetta, I had a tie rod snap going around a corner and put it into a ditch tweaking the frame. I found this silver 02 Shell with a blown motor and auto transmission, and decided to swap my motor and trans into the car over a weekend. Thankfully that went smoothly other than cruise still not working but it runs and drove with no issues. I had already had the injectors installed back in the red car before I swapped into the silver one. About 5 months after the swap I ended up popping 2 factory VNT-15 turbos in a week being aggressive with it. This brought on the need for an upgrade, so an HE221W turbo along with supporting mods were installed. It now pushed 30-40 PSI of boost and has been super reliable. (Other than me lifting the head from all the boost)
