Build story
I bought my truck new in 2004 and after 16 years the body was looking a little rough and we need more room for the family. So I somehow convinced my wife to let me pull my old truck apart to make it into an even older truck.
I built this truck with the idea that I can pull into any auto parts and buy parts for a 2003 dodge 3/4 ton diesel. Making it drivable across the country for our yearly sky trips. Everything under the hood is laid out like a dodge making even the battery cables off the shelf units. I modified the gauge cluster to look like a classic dash but is still the dodge unit.
The truck has 365,000 miles on the original engine and is still running and towing strong, weather it’s the rv or other project I’m working on.
Can’t wait for the electric set up to be ready for the public so that I can try it on this toy.
