Coyote swap is done! This was a budget build. It only cost me about $1700 out of pocket to complete after I parted out the donor truck to make some money back. It’s a 2013 gen 1 coyote all stock. A ZF5-M from a 99 5.4 f250. I used all the f150 wiring. Used hp tuners to turn off the pats. Rear driveshaft worked with the super t case and I had to the the super duty front driveshaft with the inside splines cut to shorten a bit. Works great.
Build story
1996 ford F:350 351w ZF5 . I got the truck in Goose Bay Labrador, truck is rust free but was a company truck so it has some dings and dents. The engine was shot when I got it but it came with a newly rebuilt that I swapped into it. I use the truck back and forth to work, I work in an iron ore mine so it’s a dirt road. I am slowly collecting everything to do a coyote swap. Making my own harness from the donor vehicle.
