5.3 LS ar5 manual transmission
Build story
This is an old truck that I did a trade for. I’m a finish Carpenter and I traded a buddy of mine some labor for the truck. The truck reminds me of my grandma, which is what made me want to work on it. It’s got a 5.3 LS in it with terminator X running it. It’s got a manual AR five transmission out of a Chevy Colorado. I plan to four length the rear. Put a Watts Link in the rear and I’m in the process of putting a turbo in it. The truck is running and driving now I’m hoping to have the turbo and everything done by spring and the suspension work done by fall. I’m gonna lower the whole truck 3 to 4 inches.
