Build story

In 2015, my Supra’s engine was destroyed by who I thought was a friend and someone I could trust. I was ripped off a large sum of money with a hack job of a single turbo kit and a blown engine. I later found out he was a drug addict, and I wasn’t the only one he scammed out of money and prized possessions.\r

After that was all over, I pulled my engine apart and started to work on gathering parts for my new build. With the help of a few local friends/Supra owners, we made a plan and started rebuilding the engine of the Supra. In late 2015, I was deployed to Afghanistan to serve as an adviser for the Afghan national forces. I was deployed for 18 months. During that time, my friend and fellow Supra enthusiast, Albert Meade, helped put my engine and car back together, while he was working his full time job as a machinist. \r

With additional help from another friend and fellow Supra enthusiast, Steven Reedholm, and UMS, they helped button up my car and get it tuned. My car was officially completed by the time I returned home on March 31st 2017. Ever since then, I’ve been able to enjoy my car as it should be, and I’m thankful for the community I am a part of. I consider them my extended family.
