Build story
I snagged this Unit for 500bones with the small block, trans and t-case. I swapped the tons into it after I shaved 2in out of the 14bolt and stretched the wheelbase to 106in. Built the cage that ties into the frame in 6 places and made the front bumper from some scrap KW truck frame and some tubing after I scored the Craigslist winch. I have been building this on a shoe string budget, this has been my first cage build, first time I've shaved an axle and turned a ring gear. It has been an excellent platform to learn from and will soon be completed!
