I rescued the Escalade from a flood auction after hurricane Harvey. Got it running again, decided to lift it, put 33” tires on it. And figured out the 350 couldn’t handle it. Put a 6.5 turbo diesel and 4l80e in it out of a 1999 Tahoe. It definitely made a difference. Still working on getting the 4x4 working and the interior put back together. And after all that is done, it will be time for a solid axle swap
