Highly sought after 1998 D code ram 2500 short box automatic. Early 1998 retained the 12v cummins but had the updated interior and suicide rear doors. Early 1998 was the only time a 12v was offered with quad cab, and short box. 1998.5 switched to the 24v. 1997 had club cab and long box only for diesel trucks.
